You can decide whether to join us for two days or just one day. For all listed registration fees, you can use discounts depending on the type of registration until the marked dates in the table below. Additional discounts are listed below the table.

 **The price of the pre-conference workshop is valid upon payment of the conference registration fee. Otherwise, the price is 210€ + VAT.

 

In addition to the stated prices, we also grant you additional discounts that add up to:

  • 10% discount for SIOUG members (membership paid for the year 2023) or OpenBlend members
  • 5% discount for every next attendee past 5 from the same company
  • 80% discount for students (valid status for the 2022/2023 school year)

 

All tickets include:

  • access to all sessions including JCON OpenBlend Slovenia 2023 conference sessions
  • drinks, coffee, snacks, lunch
  • social event
  • conference materials

 

Ticket payment:

Based on your registration, we will issue you an invoice, which will be the basis for your payment. We will start sending invoices for registration fees to all registered participants from April 3, 2023 onwards, with a payment deadline of 8 days.

 

Cancellation policy:

The deadline for free cancellation of conference registration is Tuesday, May 23, 2023. If we receive the cancellation of the application between 24.5.2023 and 28.5.2023, we will charge you administrative costs in the amount of 30% of the registration fee. In case of later check-out, from 29.5.2023 until the start of the conference, we will charge you the registration fee in full. In any case, you must send the cancellation in writing to the email address makeit@sioug.si
